Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Raymore-Peculiar School District is seeking bids for semi-annual inspections on all automatic Kitchen Fire Suppression systems and an annual inspection on all fire extinguishers in the district. This maintenance includes testing and verifying the functionality of the systems and extinguishers, as well as replacing parts as listed in the owner’s manual and NFPA specifications.; All Kitchen Suppression Systems inspections shall be done during Summer Break and Winter Break and are to be inspected between July 1st- July 30th and December 20th - December 31st semi-annually.; All Fire Extinguisher inspections shall be conducted annually and are to be inspected between June 1st - July 30th.; Any work needed outside of the annual inspection cost must be approved via a written proposal.; Bidders must supply RPSD with digital/hard copies of all inspections. These are to be well organized and labeled in folders by site on the digital method.
