Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department is interested in leasing storage space in or near the City of Jefferson City, Missouri. This facility will be used as a storage facility providing storage for the Lessee’s equipment. The facility must be situated to provide easy access for loading and unloading large items. The Lessor should provide and pay for general garbage or trash removal from the premises. The Lessor must provide and pay for effective and safe pest control (insect and rodent). The Lessor must provide snow and ice removal from the sidewalks and parking lot when it occurs. All accumulation must be removed prior to 7:30 a.m. of each work day. The Lessor must provide necessary lawn care and exterior maintenance. The Lessor must furnish and install all fluorescent and incandescent lamps. Replacements must be provided by and installed by Lessor as needed to maintain specified lighting levels. The Lessor shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the building and all equipment furnished by the Lessor.
