General Requirements: The contractor shall provide janitorial services and shall provide any required supplemental services for the Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction (FMDC) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency, for the following building: Fletcher Daniels State Office Building, 615 East 13th Street, Kansas City, Missouri. The contractor shall understand and agree that because the contractor was familiar with the building and the conditions that existed prior to the award of the contract, the contractor shall not be relieved of the performance of the provisions and requirements specified herein.
