1.1.1 This document constitutes a request for competitive, sealed proposals for the provision of janitorial services for state-leased buildings located at 3418 Knipp Drive in Jefferson City, Missouri for Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design, & Construction; 1.2.1 Currently, the State of Missouri leases the following building in Jefferson City, Missouri. a. The tenants of the building located at 3418 Knipp Drive consist of offices and employees of the Missouri Department of Division of Social Services and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. 1) The building is approximately 60,000 total square feet. 2) There are approximately 305 employees. 3) Potential foot traffic volume – Medium.
