Project Overview This Project requires the provision and installation of an electronic water management system for all occupant-accessible fixtures located in Pod D on the eighth floor of the Justice Center, including both the main floor and the mezzanine level. The system shall incorporate individual cell valve controllers within the plumbing chases to operate electronic-hydraulic water closet flush valves, electronic lavatory valves, and electronic shower valves. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the Project. At a minimum, this includes all work shown and identified in the drawings attached with the bid. All technical specifications associated with this Project are included within this document. The work shall encompass all required devices, valves, piping, wiring, controls, and the operator workstation necessary to provide a complete, functional, and fully operational water management system in accordance with the plans. The Contractor shall coordinate all work with the Department of Public Works.
