Specifications include, but are not limited to: Small to Medium Public Sewer Main Repairs* ➔ Work in this category will generally be related to rehabilitation and replacement of small to medium sized public sewer mains, manholes, lateral connection and force mains. The majority of the work in this category will be for overflow work orders that can’t be kept up with by sewer maintenance, pre-defined by work orders based on prior inspections and/or is work that is too complicated (such as too deep) for our internal workforce to complete. ➔ Scope of Work including but not limited to: • Sewer Mains – Gravity and Force Mains • Sewer Manholes • Lateral Connections • Access Road and Small Civil Site Work • Overflow Cleanup Heavy Civil Site Work and Repairs* ➔ Work in this category will generally be related to large and complicated projects beyond the scope of Environmental Services (ES) internal crews. ➔ Scope of Work including but not limited to: • Large (24” and Larger) Diameter and Deep Public Sewer Main Repairs • Emergencies • Complicated Structures/Equipment Trenchless Sewer Rehab ➔ Work in this category will generally be related to “no-dig” trenchless work utilizing a multitude of inspection and rehabilitation products to rehabilitate sanitary sewer with non-intrusive trenchless methods. ➔ Scope of Work including but not limited to: • Light and Heavy Sewer Cleaning • Manhole Rehab o Cementitious o Epoxy o CIPM • CIPP – Point Repairs • CIPP – Full Length • Foaming Root Control • Lateral Connection Repairs • CCTV and Cleaning • Large Diameter – Multisensor Inspection • Force Main Inspection • CCTV Lateral Launch Sewer Lateral Plumbing ➔ Work in this category will generally be related to plumbing on private property to address public sewer main issues to alleviate backups and claims. ➔ Scope of Work including but not limited to: • Backwater Valves • Wye Connection Repairs • Re-Routing Laterals
