1. Replacement of all four (4) 20-inch check valves and associated piping and instrumentation improvements. 2. Replacement of all four (4) 24-inch rubber expansion joints on discharge of pumps. 3. Replacement of existing manual valve actuators (10 total) with automated motorized valve actuators, valve gear boxes, and associated electrical improvements. Contractor to coordinate with valve manufacturers for appropriately sized valve gear boxes and actuators. 4. For exterior buried 36” plug valve, PV-10-ACT, CONTRACTOR to grade area around valve and construct concrete pad to support new motorized actuator. 5. Rehabilitation of two (2) concrete pipe supports at discharge piping elbows. 6. Installation of three (3) H2S sensors and associated electrical improvements.
