Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive, cost effective proposals from qualified individuals and firms interested in providing Internal Audit Services for the St. Louis Sewer District. The chosen firm will substantially serve as MSD's internal audit function for a one year period and will perform all aspects of internal audit, including planning, performing and reporting processes. The type of Audits performed will include Basic Audits; Engineering (Construction Audits); and ERP Audits. A New ERP system was implemented starting in FY 2010 and 2011. MSD's Board of Trustees, Audit Committee and management will oversee the audit function. The District reserves the right to make split contract awards for this service.
