Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Missouri is soliciting information for a vendor to provide an enterprise IGA solution to support for the State of Missouri’s enterprise ICAM infrastructure. Business Objectives: Responders shall prepare a proposal/quote that addresses the following functionalities: 1. The solution shall provide the capability to facilitate and integration with existing OKTA and AD/AAD employing enterprise centralized identity management for the State of Missouri. The solution shall address the ability for the solution to provide Enterprise identity governance and administration workflow and workflow automation for the State of Missouri. The solution shall be consistent with the Federal ZTA strategy. This shall include adherence to and/or support of Executive Order 14028: Improving the Nation's Cybersecurity. The solution shall provide automation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes, including access requests, provisioning and event-driven reviews, working in an integrated manner across your organization The solution shall provide an Application Access Governance (AAG) solution for enforcing governance, risk and compliance processes with Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules across applications The solution shall provide Third-Party Access Governance to administer third-party organizations consistently, assess access risk, and govern human and machine identities to eliminate standing privileges and orphaned accounts
