Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District does not guarantee any quantities that it will purchase as a result of this invitation for bid. Additive alternate bids may be awarded at the election of the District to the lowest responsible bidder on the base bid. Alternates may be taken in the same order and priority as listed on the bid form and subject to funds available to the District for award of the alternate items.
