Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Qualified Staff: On-site - vendor will supply trained onsite technicians Skill Level Required: Level 3 or 4 Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting in government Scheduled 4 Hour per week on-site Remote Support Level 2 technician (whom can escalate to level 3 or 4) Minimum 3 years’ remote support experience Remote software to allow support Dispatching and call handling Central office dispatcher available via email and voice call during the City of St Clair’s business hours After calling will be to a single central number with a 1-hour maximum return call time. Law Enforcement All technicians must be CJIS Certified All technicians must pass a MHP background check All technicians will provide fingerprints to be on file with the department Cybersecurity Degreed or Certified Cybersecurity Technician on staff - full time Minimum 5 years’ experience in Cybersecurity Maintenance of Systems: Apply all patches and updates Server – Patched Monthly after service releases are vetted by the vendor PC Stations – Set Automatic Updating and monitor. Firewalls – apply as needed and monitor. Switches – apply as needed and monitor. WiFi Access Point and Equipment – apply as needed and monitor. Physical Hardware Monthly visual inspection of equipment Maintain Inventory of Equipment presentable upon demand. Network Maintain network communications and structured cabling system Maintains secure remote communication to the City of St Clair campus Assure operational state to support all phone, data and video signaling
