Inventories will be conducted at twenty -two (22) Elementary schools, three (3) middle schools, xix (6) High Schools, two (2) alternative schools , two (2) early learning , one (1) career and technical center, two (2) Administrative locations, and one (1) private agency. The categories of items to be inventoried include classroom content, athletic, maintenance, cafeteria, office equipment, computer/technology, office. KCPS has several closed school sites. There is a possibility that a few closed sites may need to be inventoried during the course of the term of the agreement. If this situation occurs, an addendum to the agreement may be established. KCPS will provide the following support: 1. The District will designate the primary contact person. District will provide orientation/training on KCPS’s policies and procedures relating to fixed assets and coordinate contacts and scheduling for each location. 2. Inventory tags will be provided for items found but not tagged. 3. The District will provide the inventory database extract to be down loaded to the scanner.
