Contractor shall provide no-cost commissary services to the resident population of the Justice Center. The commissary services shall consist of food, hygiene, religious, educational, and entertainment options. At a minimum, commissary services must be delivered to the resident population twice per week. Secure commissary package delivery and vending will be in addition to this twice per week minimum services. County will have final determination on what items are to be available to the residents and the method of delivery. Any price increases after the initial contract execution must be approved by the County in advance of implementation of such increase. 8.2.2 Deposit Services: The Contractor must offer 24/7 deposit options including onsite kiosk for the public, website, and phone options. All fees must be fully disclosed in the price proposal. Contractor will facilitate payments to Inmate Trust Accounts via website, toll-free phone number, walk-in provider(s) and/or kiosk(s) placed in mutually agreeable site(s) within County’s facility. County will provide electrical power to operate the kiosk(s) and Contractor will provide the network connectivity. No fees for commissary services will be paid by County.
