A. There was a previous incumbent performing these services. The Government will not disclose the previous vendor or related information. You are encouraged to submit a FOIA request if you require this information.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with FAR 13 and additional information included in this notice.
