Materials supplied under this price agreement shall comply with the requirements of the current edition of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction and any revisions thereto. The applicable section number and/or MGS specification is shown below: Item 1, Item 2, and Item 3: Commercial Base Hot Mix, BP-1 Hot Mix, & BP-2 Hot Mix - Section 401. Item 4: Plant Mix Bituminous Surface Leveling – Section 402. Item 5: Bituminous Stockpile Patching Material (Cold Mix) - MoDOT Specification # MGS-93-07A with Section 1004, Grade 1 modified for the 1/2" passing 100% gradation. Item 6: Winter Mix – High performance cold mix/premium patch material/”all weather” winter patch material (if different material than Item 5: Cold Mix)
