The contractor will establish new community testing sites by collaborating with entities serving any of the priority populations: ● Men who have sex with men (MSM), particularly those identifying as African American or Latinx ● Black women ● Transgender and gender-expansive individuals ● People who use substances ● Partners of people living with HIV ● Individuals experiencing homelessness These partner sites must not be engaged in community testing with other organizations, must not be located within three miles of a current testing site, and must be willing to provide indoor or mobile unit hosting space. Syndemic and Integrated Screening, Testing, and Vaccination Promotion The contractor will provide integrated screening for HIV, STIs (Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis), Hepatitis, Tuberculosis, and MPox and will promote vaccination during testing events.
