1. Provide all materials, labor, tools, and equipment to install new HVAC system and ceiling at the Lewis & Clark Branch Library in accordance with the attached documents: a. Lewis & Clark Branch – New HVAC – Bit Set - 03/17/2025 included herein as Appendix A. b. Project Specification Manual – Lewis & Clark Branch - March 17, 2025 2. Contractor is responsible for all field measurements and the quality of the final fit of the install. 3. Contractor is responsible for all Permits and Inspections. 4. All work shall be coordinated with the Library’s Manager of Building Systems. 5. Work may begin as early as 6:00am Monday - Friday. 6. Library may be open to the public during demolition & construction. Contractor will provide safety barricades and signage as needed to ensure the safety of patrons and staff.
