The City of Brentwood (“City”) is requesting proposals from experience and qualified firms (“Contractor”) to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for the Brentwood Recreation Complex HVAC Systems in accordance with the specifications contained within. The City of Brentwood has established special and specific qualifications for the Contractor to assure the quality of the HVAC Preventative Maintenance Service. This quality assurance is to protect public health, safety and welfare. The Contractor shall possess skill and experience to perform quality work, and meet the criteria required to provide the maintenance service as detailed and specified. The contract shall include all parts, labor and material to periodically restore system to like-new operating conditions. All equipment shall be maintained according to manufactures recommendations by qualified licensed personnel. The Contractor shall provide the preventative maintenance and repair services to the following equipment: • Make Up Air Handler • Kitchen Make Up Air Handler • Kitchen Hood Exhaust • Daikin HVAC system for the Brentwood Recreation Complex including Meeting Rooms, Staff offices, Lobbies , Locker Rooms, Bathrooms, Mechanical Rooms and Ice Rink areas. (Does not include the ice rink refrigeration system and cooling tower) • Exhaust Fans • Dehumidification System in Meeting Rooms
