The contractor shall provide grassland management services for the MTS and CCR sites of the Missouri National Guard in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. 2.1.2 The contractor shall either provide the services directly or shall provide a person/personnel who must comply with the requirements stated herein. Therefore, references to “the contractor” throughout this document shall also be deemed to include the person/personnel provided by the contractor. 2.1.3 The contractor must make every effort to treat and kill ninety percent (90%) of the target species within the treatment areas. a. The contractor should “grid” the treatment areas to ensure the level of effort is reached. b. The contractor must provide additional follow-up treatments on areas that do not reach the ninety percent (90%) kill. 2.1.4 Site Access and Hours of Operation – Sites are open weekdays from 7 am to 3 pm. The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) observes all state and federal holidays, access to the sites may be limited on such holidays. The contractor must coordinate with the state agency’s project manager prior to planned workdays to ensure no scheduling conflicts occur. a. MTS – The contractor shall coordinate with the state agency’s project manager to obtain a key to Baker’s Acres, if additional access to the area is needed. South 61 is open to public access. b. CCR – This site is a one hundred percent (100%) identification check-in training site. A valid photo ID must be presented to the guard upon arrival, access will not be granted to anyone that does not possess identification. 2.1.5 Contractor’s Obligation: Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services outlined herein.
