The purpose of this solicitation is for cleaning, fuel filtration and chemical treatment of 33 diesel fuel tanks throughout the Southwest District along with testing of samples and reporting as specified herein. To include before and after samples of fuel quality, removal of STPs (UST only), tank bottom sweep and petroleum contact water (PCW) disposal up to 100 gallons, biocide chemical treatment, sludge/bio mass dispersant & corrosion inhibitor treatment, diesel fuel stabilizer treatment, water dispersant treatment, filtration to 5 microns, removal of 99.9% of water, blow back and purge product lines, corrosion inspection and water intrusion inspection
