Specifications include, but are not limited to: This document constitutes an invitation for sealed bids from prospective bidders for the purchase of two (2) forklifts for the Missouri Department of Corrections, Eastern and Central Region Commodity Warehouses in Bonne Terre and Jefferson City respectively, hereinafter referred to as state agency, in accordance with the requirements and provisions stated herein. The Department of Corrections will offer as trade-in, one (1) existing Yale Forklift, Model E807ERP0407G, S/N E807N047850A. The forklift is a 2002 model with approximately 4,500 hours usage. The equipment is considered to be in fair to good condition however will not hold a charge on a battery for more than a a day using either an old or new battery.
