The contractor shall provide lunch and dinner meals to be served at a location designated by the state agency. Lunch – The contractor shall provide diverse lunch meals that shall be served from 11:00 A.M. CST to 1:00 P.M. CST each day at the state agency designated location(s). The contractor and the state agency shall mutually agree on the lunch meals that will be served to the state agency personnel. The contractor shall provide staff during the lunch hours of 11:00 A.M. CST to 1:00 P.M. CST. The contractor’s cost of lunch, including choice of drink, must be within the state’s established meal per diem rate for the Kansas City area as stated in the following link: https://acct.oa.mo.gov/state-employees/travel-portal/meals-per-diem. The contractor’s lunch meals shall include, at a minimum, the following: One protein (e.g., main course, such as sandwich, wrap, or salad), one starch (e.g., a side, such as potatoes, chips, pasta salad), one vegetable (e.g., a side, such as carrots, lettuce), and one dessert (e.g., cookies or brownies); Choice of drink; Diabetic, gluten-free, and/or vegan option(s); and Individually packaged (i.e., boxed lunch). Dinner – The contractor shall provide diverse dinner meals that shall be served from 5:00 P.M. CST to 7:00 P.M. CST each day at the state agency designated location(s). The contractor and the state agency shall mutually agree on the dinner meals that will be served to the state agency personnel. The contractor shall provide staff during the dinner hours of 5:00 P.M. CST to 7:00 P.M. CST. The contractor’s cost of dinner, including choice of drink, must be within the state’s established meal per diem rate for the Kansas City area as stated in the following link: https://acct.oa.mo.gov/state-employees/travel-portal/meals-per-diem.
