Bidder’s solutions allows pay at the pump system at all locations. Bidder will assign one card to each vehicle. Vehicles will be identified by some numeric system. Each driver will be identified by some ID or PIN number. Bidder will provide real-time card “lock out” capability. Bidder will provide ability to activate cards in real-time. Fleet card customer service available 24/7. Replacement cards available within 48 hours. City will be allowed to hold “spare” cards at City Hall which. may be activated by phone or via internet in real-time. City will have the ability to set restrictions on individual. driver PIN or vehicle ID number (i.e. spend limits, daily. transaction limits, restrict to fuel only, types of fuel, etc.). Bidder will provide on-site or web-based training for all departments that will be using the systems. Bidder’s cards can be used at other sites or locations. throughout the state or country (i.e. police detective on City business in another state)
