Asphalt shingles (minimum 25-year warranty) or standing seam metal roofing shall be used, with options for color to be specified. Provide venting and soffit vents for proper attic ventilation. Include synthetic underlayment and drip edge for water resistance. 36-inch wide, pre-hung, steel or fiberglass insulated door shall be included. Include lockset (keyed deadbolt and handle) and weatherstripping. Overhead door shall be 8-foot wide by 7-foot high, manually operated roll-up garage door. Door material shall be galvanized steel or aluminum, insulated, with weather seals. No windows shall be included in overhead door. Contractor to supply and install a ramp to garage door a minimum of 4’ wide. Ramp shall be constructed of aluminum. Bidder shall submit a conceptual rendering/sketch clearly depicting the proposed design. Building shall be constructed at site. Owner will procure slab based on final dimensions of shed. Shed shall be securely fastened to concrete slab with appropriate anchors to create stability and longevity. Contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and ensuring compliance with local building codes. County will pay for permit fees Contractor is responsible for providing dumpster for removal of all trash and debris associated with this work. Dumpster location must be coordinated and approved by the County.
