The existing sign will be removed by the owner. Existing electric is onsite. Contractor to provide lighting requirements for signage. Owner to bring electric to sign for final termination by Contractor. Contractor shall submit drawings for permit, County to pay permit fees directly. Contractor to design footing & foundation. Proposals should include a recommendation for how the sign should be oriented upon the proposed property that will meet the intent of the goal of being visible from both lanes of traffic. Contractor to design and fabricate stone base and stone cap. 1. One natural stone clad rectangular base (min. 12” wide) with top cap installed over the sign. 2. Stone shall be dimensional natural limestone or equivalent, mortared to match. Contractor to design and fabricate signage 1. Sign shall be single sided. The badge and name shall be displayed on the signage, visible to (the roadway). 2. High Density Urethane (HDU) board signage or equivalent with raised lettering and badge emblem. 3. Approximately 10’ sign span, 4’ tall.
