Specifications include, but are not limited to: ➢ Provide an overall plan for the remediation which shall include a timeline for duration of work that will shut down operations as well as a safety plan. ➢ Price shall include mobilization, equipment, and staff to perform the functions of the remediation steps. ➢ Provide access control and barriers to close the area being worked. This barrier shall by in place both during the day and overnight as needed to maintain a safe worksite. ➢ Set up the process area equipment. Such equipment may be left on-site overnight, for the duration of the effort, but it is the responsibility of the vendor to secure the equipment. ➢ Vendor is responsible for submitting any necessary permit, though the County will directly pay the permit costs. ➢ Vendor must mark utilities prior to work starting. Any damage incurred by the remediation for cut utility line, electrical line associated with the target system, is the responsibility of the vendor. ➢ Vendor is responsible for removing any vegetation. ➢ Protect the barrier wall from damage, as needed for the project.
