Ozark School District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the installation of fiber conduit infrastructure to support Hudl camera systems at three athletic facilities: • Softball Field • Junior High Football Field & Concession Area • Baseball Field; Scope of Work; The contractor will be responsible for the following: 1. Bore 2” conduit trunk line from the IT room to each field’s press box 2. Furnish and install 24” x 36” Quazite handholes 3. Pull 12-strand single mode fiber with LC connectors from IT room to press boxes and from press boxes to center field camera mounts; furnish 12” x 12” Hubbell enclosure 4. Install 2” posts at center field for Hudl camera mounts 5. Bore 1” conduit and pull gel-filled Cat 6 to dugout cameras; terminate all connections 6. Run conduit through exposed areas where needed 7. Install cameras as follows: ● 4 at Softball Field ● 1 at Junior High Football Field ● 4 at Baseball Field 8. • Bore 1” conduit and run 120V power to: 9. • 2 center field locations 10. • 3 press box locations 11. • 2 Jr High and Baseball Pressbox for data racks 12. • Saw cut, remove, and re-pour concrete where necessary 13. • Seed and straw all disturbed areas (one-time application) 14. • Provide connectivity (fiber or power) to the Baseball Video Board
