Specifications include, but are not limited to: You are invited to submit a Lump Sum sealed Bid for the farming of approximately 33 +/- acres leased Land Bank of Blue Springs, Missouri property; Bidder to provide all labor, insurance, equipment, materials, seed, fertilizer, and other supplies necessary for growing and harvesting said crops from leased property during the lease period; It is particularly understood and agreed between the parties that this Lease shall only authorize Lessee to plant row crops on approximately 33 +/- acres of the premises at the sole cost of Lessee. Further, Lessor and Lessee agree that Lessee shall not be authorized to run cattle on the premises; shall not be authorized to hunt game; and shall not be authorized to cut live trees for sale or personal use. Lessee agrees to commit no waste or damage on said premises and to permit none to be committed including but not limited to fencing, timber, nor damage to any building or structure thereon, natural wear and tear or damage by the elements excepted.
