Air House 1: The contractor shall supply, install, and test the following repairs and upgrades: • Replace supply fan motor with a new Baldor (or equivalent) industrial-rated, inverterrated motor; inspect pulley during installation. If damaged, replace with Alternate 6 (include cost in bid). • Install new supply fan pulley – Browning (or equivalent). • Replace supply fan drive belts with new cogged belt type – Browning (or equivalent). • Replace two (2) supply fan shaft bearings – Dodge (or equivalent). • Replace relief fan drive belt with new cogged type – Browning (or equivalent). • Replace energy wheel drive belt with a new OEM unit. • Replace one (1) shaft on prop relief fan. • Supply and install new relied fan belts; inspect pulley simultaneously. If damaged, replace with Alternate 5 (include cost in bid). • Replace two (2) bearings on prop relief fan shaft – Dodge (or equivalent). • Grease all necessary components using the existing grease type; do not mix different base greases. • Clean outside air intake to remove debris and ensure unobstructed airflow.
