Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide and sufficiently, appropriately, and professionally supervise all armed and unarmed security guard service to all locations as detailed in Attachment j. of this ITB, which may be revised from time to time as necessary. As well, contractor must recommend to Harris County, as appropriate, new or revised security procedures (See Attachment k., Harris County Building Security Regulations, for current procedures). Each person assigned to a security position at a Harris County site, shall report for work in a clean uniform and shall maintain exemplary appearance. The approved uniform for use at Harris County facilities shall provide high visibility, distinguishing the employee as a security officer with contractor identification. The quality and quantity of uniforms, as established below, is to insure that security personnel assigned at a Harris County site will always reflect the professional image required by Harris County. The following uniforms items shall be provided to each contractor’s employee assigned to Harris County, and at no cost to Harris County or the employee. 1. Two (2) blazers (contractor’s standard color) 2. Five (5) white dress shirts 3. Three (3) pair trousers (contractor’s standard color).
