The contractor shall provide plumbing inspections, testing, repair services, sewer line inspections, and clean out services for the Office of Administration, Facilities Management, Design, and Constructions (herein after referred to as state agency) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. Service Request Requirements: In the event the state agency requests a service request, the contractor shall arrive at the facility within four (4) hours of receiving the service request. The contractor shall respond to service requests in writing within two (2) hours of receiving the request. 2.4.2 The contractor shall provide services requested by the state agency in order to resolve issues with the plumbing equipment to restore the normal equipment operation to acceptable condition as determined by the state agency. Emergency Services - In the event an equipment failure or problem threatens life, property, public health or public safety, the contractor should respond to all state agency calls for emergency services within thirty (30) minutes of the contractor receiving the initial emergency call.
