University of Missouri St. Louis is seeking full-service data processing, printing, and mail service provider. Four (4) projects are scheduled throughout each year and include mail dates in fall, winter, spring, and summer. The awarded will need to provide the printing, envelope stuffing and mailing for acquisitions, lapsed, additional gift, and sustainer appeals. Awarded vendor will provide services for acquisition which includes: • Letter: 8 1/2" X 11", 2/2, 70#, personalized front • Reply device: 8 ½" x 3 5/8", 2/2, personalized reply device to be matched to letter • Standard Mail, Non-profit Indicia (using University of Missouri St. Louis indicia). Mailing cost should include NCOA services. • Fold, insert with printed (one-color) #9 reply envelope into #10 window envelope matched to letter.
