Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1 The contractor shall provide breakfast and lunch food services for the Missouri State Capitol Building for the Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. a. The Department prefers a contractor with a successful experience in the Food Service industry to include dine-in, carry-out, and delivery or catering services. b. The Department strongly requires the provision of food services to begin no later than July 1, 2025, and commence year round. 2.1.2 The contractor shall either provide the services directly or shall provide a person/personnel who must comply with the requirements stated herein. Therefore, references to “the contractor” throughout this document shall also be deemed to include the person/personnel provided by the contractor. 2.1.3 Contractor’s Obligation: Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services required herein. 2.1.4 The Department prefers a contractor with successful experience in the food service industry to include dinein, carry-out, delivery or catering.
