This document constitutes a request for competitive, sealed proposals for the provision of lodging for Missouri State Highway Patrol personnel during the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) World Cup tournament as set forth herein. 1.2.1 The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) will assist the Kansas City Police Department with security during the 2026 FIFA World Cup tournament. The FIFA World Cup tournament will take place June 10, 2026 through July 19, 2026. 1.2.2 The MSHP has committed a minimum of 100 patrol personnel statewide to assist with security at the FIFA World Cup tournament. Therefore, the MSHP requires a lodging facility (e.g. hotel, dormitory, etc.) to house the patrol personnel during the FIFA World Cup tournament. a. The MSHP will need a lodging facility from June 14, 2026 through July 12, 2026, with an exclusive option to expand the use of the lodging facility on a day-to-day basis from June 10, 2026 through July 20, 2026.
