The City of Manchester, Missouri is seeking proposals from professional architectural, engineering, or other qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive property condition assessment of our Public Works Facility and Grounds. • Location 800 Second Street, Manchester MO 63121 • Approximately 7,010 square feet This project shall occur in the phases defined below: • Phase 1: Comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment. This includes fieldwork and data collection • Phase 2: Develop project recommendations for improvements, repairs, renovations and capital improvements or recommendation for offsite space based on the data collected in Phase I. III Scope of Work Determine the condition and deficiencies of the existing facility, using ASTM Designations or similar evaluation tool, including but not limited to: • Structural Issues • Plumbing • Compliance with ADA requirement for public buildings (interior exterior) • Storage • Furniture/Equipment Needs • Parking • Security of facilities (access points, reception area safety, cameras) • Vehicle and equipment maintenance and storage • Fuel dispensing • Office and meeting space The consultant will need to evaluate the adequacy of the current facilities and make recommendations that address the needs and requirements identified if they remain in the current facility.
