The selected firm will be expected to provide the following services: Conduct stakeholder interviews with elected officials and key staff Facilitate community and/or employee input as desired (e.g., surveys) Assist in finalizing the job description and candidate profile Develop and execute a national or regional advertising strategy Identify, recruit, and assess potential candidates Present a recommended slate of qualified candidates Coordinate interview logistics and provide support throughout the selection process Assist with reference checks, background checks, and contract negotiation (if requested) Selected firm must be able to initiate the recruitment process immediately upon contract approval and work in close coordination with City leadership to conduct a timely, high-quality search. The City is committed to an efficient but thorough process, with the goal of finalizing a selection within 10–12 weeks.
