Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Program Description: a. The Owner has a need for Limited Lead in Drinking Water Screening to support compliance with environmental regulations; inventorying and sampling all potential drinking water spigots, including sinks/faucets, dishwashing areas, ice makers, outside spigots, etc. per MO Leg. 160.077 and following EPA’s 3T test methods. This contract will be a delivery order type contract with five year duration. b. The project consists of visual evaluation, identification of water sources, flushing of water sources and water sampling utilizing “first draw” methods, preparation of analytical reports; various project oversight and administration activities, including analysis of water samples; and list of water test sites. Upon notification from the District that remedial actions have been completed, consultant will re-take water samples using methods described in C.1.b and provide results. c. All drawings and details shall be prepared utilizing CAD applications programs. The District currently uses Bentley’s Microstation V8XM. The selected Respondent must be able to deliver files in .DGN, .DWG, or .DXF format. d. The District utilizes an electronic document management system (Verdant) to provide data storage, workflow routing, collaboration, and communication. The selected Respondent will be required to use this system. Access to the system by the selected Respondent shall be through the internet and a standard web browser. Broadband internet access will be necessary to utilize this system and therefore the selected Respondent will be required to have broadband internet access. e. All deliverables will be provided by the selected Respondent to the District in electronic format through submission to the District’s electronic document management system (Verdant), with the exception of hard copy sets required for submission to permitting authorities. f. All non-contractual correspondence will be provided by the selected Respondent to the District in electronic format via electronic mail or where applicable through submission to the District’s electronic document management system. g. The District anticipates that it will spend approximately $70,000 to $100,000 the initial year on environmental projects, and $5,000 to $10,000 over the next four year period of the agreement. The preceding data is provided for informational purposes only to assist the Respondent in identifying rough magnitude of work involved and is in no way a guarantee by the District of issuing a certain number of delivery orders or a certain budget volume of work.
