Specifications include, but are not limited to: selective demolition and renovation of a portion of the single-story Elementary School to be performed in the final Classroom Pod, along with the installation of new rooftop mechanical equipment and vent piping, and the patching of the existing EPDM roofing system associated with the removal, replacement and installation of rooftop mechanical equipment and vent piping. The total interior demolition and renovation Scope of Work is approximately 10,770 SF.
