Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide electronic hardware for doors with access control. 2. Provide wiring and configuration to all electronic access control devices and sensors. 3. Provide software, controllers and all control hardware for access control, including power supplies, backups and surge protection. 4. Provide integrations to all handicap operators. 5. Provide configuration, training and documentation on access control system. 6. Provide quotation on a per building basis. 7. Provide lockdown capability in the dispatch center for one touch lockdown of entire campus. 8. Provide mapping in Vanderbilt SMS software to integrate floor plans into the electronic access software. Allow for on screen ability to identify doors. 9. Provide upgrade of existing and newly installed readers to accept mobile credentials, specifically TransAct software. 10. Estimate annual recurring maintenance cost.
