The contractor shall provide Electroencephalogram (EEG) Guided Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (eTMS) for the Department of Mental of Health (hereinafter referred to as “state agency”) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. The contractor shall provide Electroencephalogram (EEG) Guided Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (eTMS) services for the treatment of veterans, first responders, law enforcement, and other state agency identified target populations. The contractor shall provide services only to Missouri residents and shall provide all services within the State of Missouri. The contractor’s service delivery must include, but is not limited to, the use of a mobile unit(s) with the potential for expansion of multiple units to provide more services to more clients. The contractor must utilize a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant electronic health record (EHR) system. Contractor’s Obligation: Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services required herein.
