Specifications include, but are not limited to: measuring and reporting on progress toward academic and operational strategies; o evaluating the effectiveness of programs; increasing student achievement and graduation rates; o fulfilling evaluation and assessment goals; ensuring data quality and accountability; o improving teacher instruction, satisfaction, and professional development; o determining efficiencies and identifying effective practices; o identifying optimal staffing and administrative patterns; o implementing innovative technology and learning; o improving student outcomes for under resourced and underrepresented students; o vendor hosting web-conferences with the Vendor or other school districts around topics of interest to the District; o creating a forum which provides opportunities to network among local, state and regional school districts; o Peer benchmarking; understanding and addressing community perceptions.
