2.1.1 The contractor shall provide category one and/or category two services for meals and lodging accommodations, for the Department of Corrections’, Division of Human Services, Eastern Region Training Center (ERTC) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “state agency”), unless otherwise specified individually for newly hired training employees (hereinafter referred to as “training employees”), in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. 2.1.2 The contractor shall provide meals and lodging accommodation services in one or both categories below. The contractor shall understand and agree that the specific category(ies) of meals and lodging accommodation services awarded, shall be specified in the Notice of Award, issued by the Division of Purchasing. a. Category One, Lunch and Dinner Meal Services; and b. Category Two, Lodging.
