Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Lee’s Summit (“City”), through the Information Technology Department, is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather current market information for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software platform to serve as a core business application for general ledger, accounts payable accounts receivable, fixed assets, grants, cash receiving procurement, project and contract management functions of finance as well as and Human Resources, and Payroll functionality. The City may opt to include Budgeting, Cashiering, Timekeeping, and related forms management. Other related software as outlined later is planned to be maintained, but be integrated with a future system.
