Specifications include, but are not limited to: an experienced higher education consultant to provide a business process review and augmentation to optimize the performance of its Ellucian Banner system. The business process review and augmentation must include the following areas and any other prudent areas identified for the College: - Re-engineer business processes throughout the administrative and student service areas. - Create formal, documented policies and procedures - Address financial aid/Title IV challenges - Address degree audit issues by implementing Degree Works - Work with the College to incorporate recommendations from assessments performed by Huron, Moran and AACRAO into a cohesive action plan. - Enhance Banner system and reporting capabilities - Refresh Banner implementation - Develop an integrated plan of action to support web services
