Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Missouri, hereinafter referred to as the state, has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of acquiring consulting services to assist the state in the process of acquiring a new fully-integrated statewide budget, financial and human resources enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Specifically, the state is seeking independent consulting services to assist the state in the development of a RFP for a new ERP system and facilitation of the subsequent evaluation of responses to the RFP. The consultant, however, will not participate in the scoring or subjective evaluation of the responses, but provide subject matter experts to assist state staff in understanding the responses to the RFP.
