Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Missouri is considering options for modernization of a fully integrated accounting, budgeting, and human resource and payroll management module however, no award will result directly from this Request for Information (RFI). The State seeks information to determine whether it is more advantageous to replace the existing system through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process or to upgrade the existing Statewide Accounting for Missouri (SAM II) system. The State of Missouri seeks to obtain a single comprehensive RFI response that describes the core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application software solution (as outlined in the Required System Components section below), the system integration/migration services, and related hosting services. The State is seeking to modernize its current on-premise, state maintained ERP solution. The State seeks information related to a vendor managed cloud solution, vendor managed on premise solution, a state managed solution or a software as a service financing option. Vendors are asked to tailor their responses to highlight any important differences that may occur as a result of the hosting decision.
