Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Work for Yale Park, 2108 Yale Ave. • Remove and dispose of old water fountain • Remove backflow device, it’s no longer needed with no hose bib • Modify existing water line in a manner that it can be easily winterized by staff • Install a maintenance free drain system • Pour a concrete pad for the fountain • Backfill, seed and straw the site • Install the City provided fountain • All job debris will be hauled away from the jobsite by the contractor • Any additional work must be addressed in change order requests submitted to the City, which will list time and materials needed • Contractor will be responsible for protecting the workspace • Contractor will be responsible to keep the work area as clean and tidy as possible and eliminate any potential hazards • All work will be performed Monday-Friday between the hours of 7 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Scope of Work - Aquatic Center, 7570 Lohmeyer Ave. (On front left of the building.) • Install new water line by tapping into the 6” water service to the Aquatic Center.
