This project involves the construction of approximately 1050 CY of 5-foot-wide sidewalk, 492 feet of curbing, and 7 ADA-compliant curb ramps at various intersections in the downtown area of Neosho, Missouri. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the following: • Excavation and removal of existing materials • Site preparation and fine grading • Installation of new 5’ wide concrete sidewalk per attached layout • Construction of 7 ADA-compliant curb ramps with mechanically fastened red truncated domes • Off-site hauling and disposal of all excavated materials (disposal site will be provided) • Implementation of traffic control measures throughout the project duration • Final cleanup and site restoration, including seeding and mulching of disturbed areas
