Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District seeks a comprehensive, reliable, and responsive Alarm System Monitoring and Response service to ensure the safety and security of all district facilities. This service will encompass the monitoring of existing alarm systems, the provision of immediate response to alarm events, and the integration of new alarm systems where necessary. The selected Respondent(s) will be responsible for ensuring all alarm systems are functional, compliant with relevant regulations, and capable of providing swift notifications and responses to potential security breaches, fire alarms, and other emergency situations. St. Louis Public Schools (SLPS) District mandates that an annual alarm system inspection and test be conducted no later than July 20, 2024, to ensure that all security systems are operating correctly. A comprehensive report detailing the findings and necessary repairs from these inspections must be published for all SLPS locations upon completion.
