The District is requesting a set discount off website and/or catalog pricing for the supply of small wares. These items will be ordered on an as needed, if needed basis. The agreement resulting from this invitation for bid shall be non-exclusive. It is the District's intent to award contracts to multiple suppliers from whom all the District’s sites and schools can utilize. The District is not obligated to place any order with any supplier participating in this bid. The District does not guarantee any number of orders to any one supplier. In order to meet the needs of the schools and in the best interest of the District, awards will be made to bidders who submit web addresses or catalogs/price lists with their bid, offer a firm fixed percentage discount, and comply with all bid specifications, terms and conditions.
